The demonstration area surrounding the club offers ample space for facilities that enhance the quality of life, including a community library, kindergarten, waste transfer station, and retail area. As the community grows, additional services can be seamlessly integrated along the central axes.

The lighting system, for example, features handrails with perforated plates that display a palette of colors, creating a fashionable environment that surrounds the main buildings. Spanning over 374,000 square meters, Wuxi Vanke Park Avenue offers a construction area of 747,000 square meters and a floor area ratio of 2.0. Its scale surpasses that of any other metropolitan community, presenting a unique challenge for the design team. However, through meticulous planning and innovative solutions, the team successfully realized a metropolitan style on a larger scale.

The construction of Wuxi Vanke Park Avenue began in June 2018 in Changzhou and is still ongoing. The design team conducted extensive research to develop a three-fold scheme focusing on the community center, planning main axes, and public system. By utilizing the concentration and publicness of public resources, emphasizing the order and layout of the spatial system, and creating a continuous scenario-based community environment, they achieved a design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Wuxi Vanke Park Avenue has received widespread acclaim and recognition for its outstanding design. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category in 2020.
